If you have been charged with a DUI in Douglas County, Kansas you were probably served with a pink form, known as a DC-27 Form. It states in the small print that you only have 10 days in which to make a request to the Kansas Department of Revenue for a hearing to determine whether your driver's license should be suspended. If you do not make the request within 10 days your license to drive in Kansas is suspended automatically. You must act fast if you have been cited for failing or refusing a test of your breath blood or urine.

Felony DUI cases originating in the cities of Douglas County are also heard Douglas County District Court.
